Weekend update...
Feb. 28th, 2009 08:20 amI'm off the next two nights. A couple things...
1) I actually enjoy working in the ER. The occasional stench of hobo aside, the ER is great -- it's always active and time seems to go by a lot faster there than anywhere else in the hospital.
2) I copied Valustria to the PTR and was in a Naxx 10 raid yesterday morning just to fuck around. Some other rogue was playing a broken Shiv build in the raid with us, and he was trying to tell me it was good. I explained to him that I don't play broken or exploit builds because I take pride in earning my place on damage meters -- so on Patchwerk, we were within .1% total damage dealt of each other, and he was like, "I can't play with this other rogue you got. He kept saying my build sucks and he outgears me, but I did the same damage as him." and blah blah blah. Anyway, I never told him his build sucked; I told him it was broken and was going to be fixed, and I don't respect people much who play those kinds of builds. Well, this morning I read this line regarding PTR changes: "Shiv: This ability can no longer generate a critical strike, and the poisons it applies cannot be critical strikes either." And now I can tell him "I told you so -- now eat a dick, cocksucker!"
